Subject: ME1/1 requirements for magnet test


Hello Frank,
Please find below needs and requirements for the ME1/1 HV system
during slice/magnet test in SX5 control room:
1. place in rack: 
   - 9U crate SY 1527 CAEN     1pc;
    - 9U box of HV patch panel.        
2. Total max power consumption: ~2KW.
3. Ethernet connection (TCP/IP) to SY 1527 CAEN 
4. In case of problem with Ethernet traffic we will need to place PC not
   far from rack with SY 1527 CAEN (in control room) to run PVSS.
5. Installation of HV cables 3pcs. from control room to the YE+1 patch 
panel.
HV=3kV
